To make a payment please access the customer portal. You can access this portal using your personal login link/URL contained in the order confirmation which was sent to your e-mail address. You can pay either PayPal or Credit Card, sorry, no other forms of payment are accepted. Pay your invoice on time to avoid late payment fees. Simply press the “pay” button in the customer portal as shown below.

Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled. Please see our FAQ “How to return an order” for further instructions.
To see if your order has been shipped please access the customer portal. You can access this portal using your personal login link/URL contained in the order confirmation which was sent to your e-mail address. The line shows if your order is out for delivery or indeed had been delivered. If you see the check mark (tick) above “Out for delivery” your order is on the way to you.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. Shipments are sent through international mail and delivered to the delivery address you provided. Shipments within Europe should be received within 14 days. Shipments outside of Europe should normally be received within 4 weeks. If your order has not been received within the times listed, please read the FAQ “I still have not received my order”.
We're disappointed to learn you have not yet received your package. For us to claim from our postal partner for a “lost in transit” package we are required by them to supply a "No Package Received" statement. This simple document is a formality and is standard procedure to claim from the postal services. Once we have received this from you may choose to either: Resend you order or cancel the transaction; whichever you prefer. Please print, read and sign the document. Scan or photograph with your phone the document and email together with your preferred option. Please Note: The postal authorities are unable to accept digital signatures. The document must be signed with a pen. Please contact our customer service staff and we would be happy to provide you with our "No Package Received" document.
If you are unhappy with the products received you are welcome to return your order. Return your order within 180 days of receipt and we will cancel the transaction. To progress this return please access our “customer portal”, you will find your personal login link/URL in the order confirmation which was sent to the e-mail address you supplied when completing the order form. Select the order/items you wish to return and follow the instructions for fast and efficient handling of your return.

It is always the customer's responsibility to make sure the item arrives safely at Digital Sourcing. Under no circumstances are we able to provide return postage or a pre-paid envelope to return the products to us. It is advised to keep your postal receipt until you have received confirmation that the goods have arrived safely with us. Please include a note within the return package with the following information: order number, name and address. You can also include the invoice that came with the shipment. This will allow our warehouse to process your return more quickly.
For an order that has been placed with our 'Delivery First - Pay Later' payment method. This means that we will deliver your products before you need to pay anything. Once you have received your package, you can make a payment within 14 days.

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you must return it to us within 180 days. Any returns received beyond the 180-day grace period will be rejected.
Q: How long should I keep the mask on my face before pulling off?
A: Until the mask is completely dried. This generally between 10 - 30 minutes depending on the ambient temperature.
Q: The mask will not dry. What should I do?
A: If you live in a very humid environment it may take a long time for the mask to fully dry. You can sit in front of a fan or A/C to speed up the process.
Q: Can I use the masks when I have sensitive skin?
A: Yes, but it is recommended to be careful. Only use the mask once a week and apply a moisturizer after use. You can order our special Blackhead Killer Gift Box that comes with 5 masks, our moisturizer and our facial cleanser.
Q: Can the masks also be used by men?
A: Yes, the masks are unisex. Please keep in mind that the mask will also pull out facial hair. It is best to avoid these spots or shave first.
Q: Can the masks be placed on other body parts (e.g. back, arms, legs, etc.)
A: The masks were designed for the face and in particular the T-zone where blackheads are most prevalent. There is no reason why you could not use the product on other areas of your body. However the results may vary.

A: Please do not continue to use our mask and use our satisfaction guarantee to send the remaining products back to us. If the rash lasts for longer than 48 hours or the condition becomes worse, we advise you to contact your doctor.
